Series Champions Crowned

After a shaky start due to some significant global events, the 2020 Liquor Barons Numbat Cup Series was able to commence on Sunday 19th July at a muddy Guildford Meadow. Things came to a close three months later on Saturday 17th October at the dry and dusty Beverley circuit.

Tom Ford took out the Men’s Elite Series win, while Anjii Coleman took out the Women’s Elite Series win. Congratulations to both!

What is the Numbat Cup Series all about?

This a true grassroots racing series. No big cash prizes, no professional setups, just awesome racing on even better courses, put on by local riders and supported by local businesses.

It really is the volunteers who ensure these events run smoothly. Everything from finding awesome venues to race at, to council approvals, to course building, to getting the start lists ready, to doing the race timing and results; it’s all done by dedicated volunteers.

Many hands make light work so if you enjoy taking part in the Numbat Cup Cyclocross Series, get in touch with us and volunteer a little of your time to help.
