Perry Lakes Reserve, Floreat
A great but warm day out was had by all riders at the opening race of the season for WACX. As always, the biggest thanks must go to the volunteers who ensured the event could go ahead – this includes those who managed regos, the timekeepers and course builders.
Well done to all the first timers – all of us at WACX hope you enjoyed yourself and are looking forward to our next event – Round 1 of the Numbat Cup on 11th April at Garvey Park in Ascot.
Importantly and finally, a thanks goes to the Town of Cambridge for the use of the Garden Park (areas 5 & 6) at Perry Lakes Reserve. If everyone who raced can take one minute to send a quick email thanking them for allowing us to race there, that would be very much appreciated – [email protected].
Results
* We had a tech issue with the Sophomore race so the first few laps were not read by the timing system. The issue was resolved mid-event, so finishing order and times are correct.
