Results – 2025 Party in the Park CX O’Day

Sunday 23 March 2025

Perry Lakes Reserve, Floreat

Woah! What a big day that was!

Record fields were out on course today, showing that cyclocross is alive and kicking in the west. We had at least 40 new riders and just under 70 kids racing. And our final race of the day saw close to 60 riders shoulder to shoulder on the start line.

We also welcomed our first ever handcycle to the event today. Richard Williams loved it so much that after completing the Freshers race, he backed it up by getting on the start line for the Sophomore race too!

Thanks to the sponsors of WACX – Liquor Barons, Melody Wheels, Mayeur Cycling Apparel, Twin Peaks Coffee Roasters, Wembley Cycles and Otherside Brewing Co.

Liquor Barons Numbat Cup Series is coming!

Round 1 of the Liquor Barons Numbat Cup season was on shaky ground after our preferred venue in Vic Park was knocked back at the last minute due to construction on the site. But we can confirm that we’ve secured a brand new venue for WA Cyclocross! Carine Open Space will play host to Round 1 on Sunday 13 April 2025. We can’t wait to see you all there!

Keep an eye on our socials (Facebook and Instagram) or sign up to our e-newsletter and we’ll keep you in the loop.

Note: We’re still working out the gremlins in the kids race results. We’ll do our best to clear things up over the coming days and publish the results here when they’re ready. Thanks for your patience.
